Dizzywood is a popular kids game for players ranging from 8 to 12 years old. Kids create their own characters or avatars to explore and roam about this fantastical virtual world. Kids keep coming back to Dizzywood for all the characters they can meet and games they can play. Kids that want to discover even more in Dizzywood should subscribe to become a Silver or Gold explorer for special features to be unlocked.
Kids may not know where to start when first joining Dizzywood. I can’t blame them, there is a whole lot to see and do! For those of you that need a bit of guidance I’ve typed up a few tips on how to get started in Dizzywood.
Home and Furniture
First time players should settle in to their very own Dizzywood home. Brooke Lodgington the Beaver will happily offer players a new home. Brooke is one of Dizzywood’s many characters. Each of these talking animals has a special skill or hobby. The characters can prove very useful as you explore Dizzywood. Don’t be afraid to introduce yourself to all of them. In fact, you will be reward for each character you meet with coins and a stamp in you Dizzywood passport.

But back to one character in particular, Brooke! Brooke can be found in Presto’s Edge next to the Furniture Emporium. Brooke is a real estate maven, who loves to find players their dream home. Along with their home, Brooke will give players an Introductory Home Guide. This guide layouts out the fundamentals of home ownership, including how to get to and from your house, and where to buy furniture.
Players get to their home by clicking on the home icon in their backpack. If players want their friends to join them they can place down the Public Visitor’s Portal, that’s also store in their backpack. Players who would rather enjoy their home in privacy do not have to put down a portal. They can even lock their home if they so please.
Maybe the most fun in owning a home is picking out the furniture! The Home Emporium has eight showrooms for players to explore. Furniture options range from hammocks and tiki torches, to chandeliers and armoires. A few items are free to all players, but most are only available to Silver and Gold members.

Once you put the furniture in your house you can move it to its desired location by using the Magic Move button in the home section of your backpack. You can also change the size of each object by using the Magic Size button also found in your backpack. Soon your place will feel like home sweet home.
Silver and Gold members have the option of selling their home for more elite real estate. Options include mansions, as well as Beach and Sky property.
When you’re settled with your own place in Dizzywood you should venture out and explore all the other lands. Read about the different areas of Dizzywood on my other kids games blog.
